We are always looking for ways to answer the delima of how
to make money online and the marketing of our businesses. We
are going to look at one of the proper ways to market your
business using email. And I don’t mean by sending out email
blasts to thousands of strangers with some hyped-up sales pitch.
This is about a subtle way to market your business by using a
sig file. Sometimes subtle is a better way to market. We are
onstantly getting hit in the face with wild market ads, and after
awhile,we just tune them out.
If the recipient does not know who you are, or does not
want to hear from you…they will not even open the email.
It’s an interruption and they do not want to be bothered.
They do not know you or trust you. The first step in your
ability to make money online is to develope relationships
with your contacts on your list.You are wasting your time
and their time.
A list of 100 people who know you and appreciate what you are
saying is far more valuable than a list of one million strangers.
It is difficult if not impossible to make money online if you are
dealing with strangers who do not know you or trust you.
You see, it is NOT just a list… it is a relationship.
You have to first build trust before the reader will
want to read what you are saying, consider it, and
have a high probability of responding.
Pre-selling is part of what a signature file does.
It leaves no pressure on the viewer to go to the
website. And when they get there, they are not
feeling like they have to buy anything.
